We’re looking for a Finisher with a strong eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship to join our finishing department. From staining and varnishing to special effects and custom finishes, you’ll play a critical role in giving our high-end fixtures and furniture their final, polished look.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate furniture finishing machines or finish surfaces by hand as needed.
• Stain, lacquer, or paint wood using brushes, spray guns, or other finishing tools to match specified shades and effects.
• Apply primers, glazes, tones, and specialty finishes (e.g. gloss, matte, polyurethane) to meet visual and tactile expectations.
• Execute decorative techniques such as antiquing, distressing, or texturing using manual or mechanical tools.
• Choose the appropriate paints and finishing materials, and prepare them using spray equipment.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, polished, and professionally presented before delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safe use of finishing chemicals and equipment.
