We use trivalent processes, with lower toxicity and reduced environmental impact than hexavalent processes common in manufacturing. We prioritize the use of recycled materials, and work with customers to choose the most sustainable option for your project.


• Manufacturing process: Our production floor is lit by energy-saving LED lighting, and is outfitted with an advanced filtration system to reduce pollutants. Our machinery is placed for maximum energy efficiency.


• Circular manufacturing/waste reduction: We employ a state-of-the-art water recycling system, and we collect wood and metal shavings and residues for recycling into OSB, MDF, and particle board. We also invest significant design time toward minimizing waste.
